Experience as Justice Assistant on Labor and Social Prevention Court.Experience in Administrative and Labor lawsuits in a labor specialized Law Firm. Founder and former chief of the Legal Department of Aceros Integrados, Sociedad Anónima, which is part of Corporación Multiinversiones (CMI), one of the biggest firms in Guatemala.Primary teacher of the specialized course on forensic medicine and social prevention given in the Medicine, Dentistry and Social and Legal Sciences schools of the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. Auxiliary teacher of the courses Right of Labor I and II, and Process Labor Right in the universities San Carlos de Guatemala, Rafael Landívar, Del Istmo and Mariano Gálvez.Teacher of the training course for the Technical Professional Exam for students of the Chimaltenango extension of the Universidad Mariano Gálvez.

Career

Graduated from the Social and Legal Sciences School of the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, Republic of Guatemala, on the year two thousand and four, receiving the titles of Bachelor on Legal and Social Sciences and Attorney and Notary. Has a Master Degree on Labor and Social Security Rights, obtained in the Postgraduate School of the Social and Legal Sciences School of the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, Republic of Guatemala, in the year two thousand and eight.
Has received several update and development courses on the Right of Labor subject.

Member of the Association of Attorneys and Notaries of Guatemala since the year two thousand and four.
Member of the Guatemalan Association of Labor Right since the year two thousand and six.
