Experience

His experience includes both public and private law practice. He has advised local and foreign companies in their businesses and served as Attorney Advisor at the Superintendence of Financial Entities. He also has served as Parliamentary Counsel at the Congress, Legal Counsel of the Minister of Justice, and Consultant on Constitutional issues regarding Government Procurement for UNDP-National Registry Modernization Project.

Career

Sergio Arguedas obtained his Law Degree from the University of Costa Rica with honors in 1997.

He is authorised by the Supreme Court of Costa Rica as a Notary Public, 1998.

Admitted to the Costa Rica Bar in 1997.
