Experience

Mynor Jonás Martinez Recinos is an Associate at Arias & Muñoz since 2007. He is one of the attorneys in the Litigation Department in the Guatemala office and is dedicated to the legal general practice, with emphasis in Before coming to arias & Muñoz, Mynor worked for eight years within the court system in Guatemala. During this period, he held several positions in courts in the Criminal and Civil branches, where he worked with one of the best judges from the national justice system, having participated in the resolution of various complex cases. He also he worked briefly at the Public Ministry. Currently, he is in charge of supervising the adequacy of the procedural process of the different proceedings submitted before the justice courts, and their compliance with the applicable legal requirements.

Mynor Jonás Martinez Recinos has a law degree from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala (2006)and is authorized as practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of Guatemala.
