Experience
He advises the corporate, financial and banking sections of local and international partnerships as well as banks, credit card and factoring companies among others. He is also experienced in administrative and judicial litigation.
He has participated in major local and international transactions in the financial, banking and corporate fields which amount to several billion dollars.
Career
He obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado and is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador. He has participated in seminars at the Salvadorian Association of Banking Law. He attended the Program of Negotiation for Lawyers (PIL) at Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, (2004).
Julio Valdes attended the 2005 Cornell Law School- Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne Summer Institute of International and Comparative Law in Paris, completing courses of study in International Commercial Arbitration and Comparative Corporate Law and Governance.
