Jorge Luis Arenales is a partner at Arias & Muñoz since 1998. He is head of the Corporate, Telecommunications and Litigation Department in the Guatemalan office.

He works at Arias & Muñoz since 1998 and he has advised local and international companies in complex corporate transactions that cover all the areas of private, public and business law. Jorge Luis constantly advises the firm’s customers in the organization, operation and finance of their activities.

Career
Jorge Luis has a Juris Doctor Degree from the Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Guatemala (1998) and he is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of Guatemala.

He attended the Program of Negotiation for Lawyers (PIL) at Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Mass in 2003."One of the 40 under 40 attorneys in Central America Latin Lawyer Magazine 2003."
