ExperienceGustavo-Adolfo’s transactional practice involves structuring and drafting complex deals, often encompassing issues in the areas of corporate law and minority shareholders' rights, real estate regulatory it and other complex legal issues. Additionally, he has experience in the merger and acquisition of important companies in the region.
Gustavo-Adolfo has counseled national and foreign investors in the purchase of properties as well as in the structuring of important commercial transactions. As well, he has counseled international banks and financial institutions in the granting of credit facilities in favor of local companies in Nicaragua, and has worked with local and foreign investors in the private sector, in industries as diverse as telecommunications, mining and real estate development.
CareerGustavo-Adolfo obtained his Juris Doctor-equivalent law degree from the Universidad Americana (UAM) in Managua Nicaragua (2002). He is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua (2003). His experience includes have been part of the collaborator group of the project of the Supreme Court of Justice/ Inter-American Development Bank “DIGEST AND ANALYTIC INDEX OF THE RESOLUTIONS THAT COMPRISE THE CONSTITUTIONAL JURISPRUDENCE OF THE SUPREME COURT OF JUSTICE AND MATTER LEGISLATION” (2001); and external legal advisor in labor matters for the Nicaraguan-North American Binational Center (2003).
