Experience Francisco Armando Arias founded the firm today known as Arias & Muñoz in 1942. He focuses his practice in Civil Law, Constitutional Law, and Litigation.
He has had a long and illustrious career in public service. He was President of the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador, Secretary to the Presidency of the Republic, Member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Reserve of El Salvador, Minister internal affairs, Vice-Minister of Justice, Justice of the Supreme Court.
In addition to his private practice and public service, he served as a Professor of Procedural Civil Law and Constitutional Law in the University of El Salvador.

Francisco Armando has a Doctorate and Social Sciences Degree from the University of El Salvador, (1942) and is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of El Salvador.
