Experience

Viviana counsels the biggest companies in the country on mercantile transactions and drafts documents related to mercantile and Registry law. Also, she has participated in major real estate transactions and advises on day-to-day business procedures.

Career

Viviana received her Juris Doctor – equivalent law degree - from the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, Costa Rica, 2007. She was admitted to the Bar in Costa Rica in 2007 and is a member of the Colegio de Abogados (Costa Rica Law Society). She is studying to obtain her license as Notary Public. Legal Assistant, Banking Department at Lara, López, Matamoros, Rodríguez y Tinoco Law Firm, (2002). Legal Assistant, KPMG Abogados, (2003-2006). Head, Mortgage Department for Stewart Title Costa Rica, (2006-2007).
