Experience

Rafael focuses on counseling real estate developer investors in their property purchases, drafting documents related to condominium law and advising on Registry Law.
He has advised many corporations and associations on their mercantile transactions. This involves from start up to incorporation, anticipating problems and advising on day to day business procedures.

Career

Rafael obtained his Licenciatura en Derecho (equivalent to Juris Doctor law degree) in 2007, from the Universidad de Costa Rica Law School. He is authorized in Costa Rica a practicing Attorney by the Costa Rica Bar Association.

Membership

Member of the Costa Rica Bar Association (2007).
