Experience

Before joining Arias & Muñoz, she worked at the Law Firm García & Bodán during the years 2004-2007, in the Department of Intellectual Property, where she learned and was involved as administrator of national and international trademarks clients´s portfolio; also had experience concerning issues of sanitary registrations and other related administrative registries.

Career

Janine has a Law degree from National University of Honduras (UNAH) - 1999. Also has a Post Degree from the Catholic University of Honduras (UNICAH) obtaining her Master degree on Business Administration (2001).– She has studies on Comparative Administrative Law at the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands (03-08/2003). He has been participant in several seminaries of ASIPI/INTA since 2005.
