His work encompasses criminal, civil, mercantile, labor, transit, and lease proceedings. He is experienced in the recovery of overdue amounts by judicial or administrative means. He has provided assessment in Labor issues to national and international companies.

Career

Efraín has a Law Degree from the Universidad de El Salvador (1995) and is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador.

Membership

Efraín is a founding member of the Banking Law Association. He has also participated in several local conferences and seminars on Criminal Law, Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Law, Brands Law and Commercial Procedures Law.
