Her corporate law practice is centered on the establishment of new corporations. She has advised several companies in many aspects associated with the establishment of branches and subsidiaries, including migratory and labor status for the employees or executives of the company; also she is in charge of getting the licenses and permits of the regulatory issues related.
She participated in several Due Diligences related to financial and telecommunication companies, including preparation and coordination of Check lists, review of documentation, visits to “Data Rooms” and preparation of reports.
