Experience

Throughout her years of practice, she has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and in due diligence processes for local and multinational entities. Andrea has also been counsel to important regional financial entities and enterprises in matters of compliance of local laws and regulations of banking and governmental nature as well as the implementation and compliance of Free Trade Agreements, specifically TLC CAFTA-RD.

Her professional expertise includes two years as a Paralegal in Matamoros Batson & Asociados Law Firm (2000-2002) and two years as Assistant to the General State Secretary of Internal Affairs (2003-2006).

Career

Andrea obtained her Lawyer Degree with High Honors from Universidad José Cecilio del Valle (2007).
