Edgard has a Law Degree from Universidad Americana in Managua, Nicaragua (2001) and is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice in Nicaragua. He has a Master Degree in Corporate Laws from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile (2006).
