Experience

Dennis has been a Partner at Arias & Muñoz since 2002
His experience is renowned by the Honduran banking system and he has participated in international transactions, advising local and international companies seeking to invest in the country.

He served as the Secretary to the President of the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras and Professor of Commercial and Advanced Commercial Law at Universidad Autónoma de Honduras.

Career

He has a Degree in Law Practice from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (1984). He also pursued a Doctorate Degree of Commercial Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Honduras with a combined program from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1986-88).

He is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras (1991).

He is fluent in Spanish, English and has a working knowledge of Italian.
