Arcos Dorados McDonald's franchise



Arias & Muñoz represented Arcos Dorados B.V in Costa Rica in
acquiring both the business and assets of McDonald's
Corporation's Latin American operations, Valued at over US
$700 million. These assets incluide approximately 1,600 existing
restaurants located throughout 18 countries in Latin America and
the Caribbean. The transaction resulted in the execution
of a 20 year franchise agreement with McDonald's Latin
America, LLC.
