Experience

He is a Legal Advisor to Compañía Azucarera Salvadoreña, the largest company in the sugar industry in El Salvador, and he also advises AEROMAN, a maintenance, repair and overhauling (MRO) company, which is a subsidiary of the multinational, ACTS.

Career

Carlos has a Law Degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado and is authorized as a practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador. He has studies in International Business Law from Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Spain. (2004).

Membership

He is also member of the Center of Judicial Studies of El Salvador.
